Caffeinated drinks increase cravings! 1/2 cup of 1% milk 3 packets of Splenda 2 teaspoons Pampered Chef Pure Vanilla Ice Cubes Two swirls of redi-whip Cinnamon doping- Cinnamon is important! Cinnamon helps regulate blood sugar! Brew your K-cup, mix with ice to get cold. Add milk, sugar substitute, vanilla, and ice. Swirl whip topping on top and add cinnamon sprinkles.
